The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

RETURN POLICY

Please ask all questions before purchasing as all sales are final and there are no returns, refunds, or cancellations.

We fully disclose the condition that the items are in, prior to purchase. We provide detailed measurements, descriptions and photographs of each and every item. We are happy to help you in the purchase of your item and we strongly encourage our customers to become familiar with the items they want to purchase, so there is no “Buyer’s Remorse” after the purchase.

PROCESSING TIME

In stock items ship 3-4* business days after we receive your order.

*Custom molds can take 5-7 business days to process.

NOTE: Saturdays and Sundays do not count as business days. The day you place your order does not count as a business processing day.

US SHIPPING POLICY

All purchases made via PayPal or Klarna will only be shipped to the verified billing address on file. If you need shipment to an address other than your billing address, payment must be made via direct bank transfer.

We cannot and do not change shipping addresses, after an order has been placed.

Address Corrections: If you input an incorrect address on the order, you will have to place the order again, with the correct address. Once that second order has been placed, email us with both order numbers, and the full name on the order(s), and we will reimburse the first order, less a processing fee of 10% of the first orders total, which covers the payment processor’s fees charged to us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer Worldwide shipping but because some of our molds are heavy, we have to process International Orders as custom orders, so we can pass along the most cost effective shipping rates. Along with regular USPS and UPS shipping options, we also offer a lower cost shipping option called “Simple Export Rate” which has door-to-door tracking to 55 countries, and delivery within 1 to 4 weeks. NOTE: Taxes, customs and/or import duties, that are charged by your Country, are the direct responsibility of the customer and are in addition to our shipping charges.

DISCLAIMERS

Photos included in our listings are actual photos we have taken of the item that is for sale. Our images are taken with pro cameras under professional studio lights and accurately represent the color of the item(s) being sold. Colors may vary, depending on your screen settings, and may differ from the actual color of the item. If you are not familiar with the color of the item, or if you have questions about the color of an item, please ask before purchasing as all sales are final and there are no returns or refunds.

Please keep in mind that if you are purchasing Crystals, Stones, or items made with natural stones, since stones come from the Earth, they can be unevenly shaped, or have bumps, dents, cracks, fractures, etc., on them. These unique markings contribute to the natural beauty of each stone as no two are alike.

SALES TAX

Crystal Resin Art is required to collect sales tax for all merchandise that is shipped for delivery within the State of Florida.
