We offer Worldwide shipping but because some of our molds are heavy, we have to process International Orders as custom orders, so we can pass along the most cost effective shipping rates. Along with regular USPS and UPS shipping options, we also offer a lower cost shipping option called “Simple Export Rate” which has door-to-door tracking to 55 countries, and delivery within 1 to 4 weeks. To use this less expensive shipping service the order must be under $400 (US) and the package needs to weigh under four (4) pounds.

If you live outside of the USA and want to make a purchase, please CLICK HERE for our Contact Form and send us your full mailing address, your Paypal email address, and the SKU number(s) of the item(s) you are thinking about ordering (the SKU numbers are on each product page.) If this information is not provided, we cannot create a custom order.

Once we receive your information, we will send you a customized Invoice via Paypal, for your order. If you can’t use Paypal in your country, let us know. We also offer payment options via direct bank transfer or Western Union.

Once you receive your customized Invoice, you will have 5 business days to pay for your order. If you have not paid for your order within 5 business days, the order will automatically be cancelled. If a custom order is cancelled, then any future custom order requests will be billed a $10 admin processing fee, which will need to be paid before we can create the custom order.

PLEASE NOTE: All items shipped are marked as “Merchandise” on the Customs Form and are declared for full purchase price. Insurance coverage is included in our shipping costs so any loss or damage caused to items during shipping must be resolved with the Post Office.

Taxes, customs and/or import duties, that are charged by your Country, are the direct responsibility of the customer and are in addition to our shipping charges.
